| Prompt Payment Provision: The rates set forth above are net
for prompt payment. After ten days following rendering of the bill, an

In addition to the Cost of Service set forth above, each customer's bill shall
include the following:

The Cost of Gas for the billing month determined in accordance with
the provisions of the cost of Gas Clause, Rate Schedule 5-INC.

The recovery of franchise taxes, sales taxes, Texas gross receipts
taxes, and other taxes on gross receipts in accordance with Rate
Schedule 1B.
