COMMERCIAL SERVICE RATE

COST OF SERVICE RATE
During each monthly billing period:
A customer charge per meter per month of	$25.00 plus
All CCF per monthly billing period @	$0.31320 per CCF
Prompt Payment Provision: The rates set forth above are net for prompt payment.

OTHER APPLICABLE SCHEDULES
In addition to the Cost of Service set forth above, each customer's bill shall include the following:
The Cost of Gas for the billing month determined in accordance with the provisions of the cost of Gas Clause, Rate Schedule 5-INC. The recovery of franchise taxes, sales taxes, Texas gross receipts taxes, and other taxes on gross receipts in accordance with Rate Schedule 1B.

INDUSTRIAL SERVICE RATE

COST OF SERVICE RATE
During each monthly billing period:
A customer charge per meter per month of	$200.00 plus
First 3,000 CCF	$0.11290 per CCF
Over 3,000 CCF	$0.08600 per CCF
Prompt Payment Provision: The rates set forth above are net for prompt payment. After ten days following rendering of the bill, an additional ten percent penalty will be added if the bill has not been paid.

In addition to the Cost of Service set forth above, each customer's bill shall include the following:
