The lighting of this year's Christmas in the Park took place on November 21st and scenes will be on display each night up through January 1st from 6-10 p.m. Our annual lighted parade was on November 26th with over 20 units entered. This year a huge flag has been added in the park along with Santa riding a Brahma, Santa riding a motorcycle, an animated horse, a Gobbler, animated Jack-in-the-Box, Victorian Bicycler, "Main Street Joe," an elf loading a stocking, Mr. & Mrs. Claus in a pickup, a Golfing Santa, and numerous new snowflakes in addition to the already great displays of previous years. A live Nativity, carriage rides and free hot chocolate will be available on certain nights. Be sure and visit the park for a fun time and then shop and eat at the many fine establishments our community has to offer.
