Lower Colorado River Authority Economic Development Manager Mark S. Willis
Mark has been in the economic development field for over 25 years, directing programs at city, county, and state levels. Today he is the Economic Development Manager for Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) after most recently serving four years as the Economic Development Director for the city of Leander, Texas. He served as COO for the state agency in Wyoming for a decade and has held positions in Johnson County, Texas; Ada, Oklahoma, and began his career in Bryan-College Station.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a MBA. He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing very poor golf.
Mr. Willis will be the guest speaker for the October 4th Community Leaders Meeting to be held at the Cuero Public Library at 7:30 a.m.
