When various groups — including the city of Cuero, Cuero Development Corporation, Cuero Main Street, and Cuero Chamber of Commerce — reviewed the progress of the adapted March 2013 Downtown Cuero Plan in late 2016, it was immediately noticed that the surplus/leakage analysis for the retail segment, which was developed in 2012, was grossly outdated. With the hope that a more timely snapshot would facilitate a better plan, TheRetailCoach was contracted to develop current profiles.
As of August 2022, TheRetailCoach was again contracted to develop updated profiles. The five items developed are Community Demographic Profile, Retail Trade Area Demographic Profile, Retail Trade Area Psychographic Profile, Retail Trade Area Retail Demand Outlook, and Retail Trade Area Retail Market Profile.
