Bobby Seiferman, Executive Director

Executive Director Bobby Seiferman grew up in Matagorda County and is a graduate of Bay City High School. He and his wife Kathleen have two adult children. Bobby has over 30 years of experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Prior to coming to Cuero, he served as Corporate Partnerships Manager for the USL professional soccer team Austin Bold FC. He also was a senior digital marketing specialist with Hearst Media Group working out of the San Antonio Express News and Houston Chronicle.

He has served on several chamber of commerce boards and also chaired the Taylor Main Street Advisory Board while working to economically enhance and revitalize downtown Taylor. He was elected to the Round Rock School Board, 2009-2012, serving as RRISD Policy Committee Chairman for two years and was 2011 TASB State Convention Delegate. He represented RRISD on the Capital Area Council of Governments, was appointed to the LCRA Central Basin Council, and is past president of the Central Texas I-10 Community Alliance. He has an AAS in Criminal Justice from ACC, a BS in Advertising from UT Austin, a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University, and a Utility Management Certificate from the National Rural Water Association.

Samantha Bayfus is a graduate of Cuero High School. She served as Executive Director of the Educational Foundation at Cuero Independent School District for several years prior to joining the Cuero Development Corporation.
